For your convenience, here are answers to commonly asked questions.

Q: What are your bus rental rates?

A: Because every trip is unique, quotes are customized for each event based on the information you provide.

Q: What does your quote include? Are there any hidden costs?

A: Quote includes the cost of renting the bus, the driver and the fuel mileage for the trip as detailed in your itinerary, which includes tolls. Parking and any park entry fees are the customer’s responsibility at the time of service. Any deviations from the original itinerary such as extra stops or time at a location would be considered an added expense. The quote does not include gratuity if you would like to tip your driver.

Q: How much of a deposit is required and when is the final payment due?

A: A 50% deposit is required with the signed contract and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. On occasions when there is not a 14 day window, we will only accept a certified check, money order or credit card payment 48 hours prior to the event. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your trip with us, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded as long as it is a minimum of 48 hours prior to pick up. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a one hour charge of the hourly rate quoted. Cancellations that occur once the bus has left the yard and at the curb cancellations will be charged for the time it took to travel to the pickup point and to return to the bus yard.

Q: Can I request a specific route or a specific driver?

A: Yes, you can let your charter bus agent know that you'd like to travel a specific route or have a specific driver, and the agent will work to accommodate your request.

Q: Do you have buses with wheelchair lifts, seatbelts and child seats?

A: Some of our buses are equipped with a variation of: wheelchair lifts, seat belts and child seats. Please ask your local charter bus contact based on your needs and preferences.

Q: Do any of your buses have bathrooms onboard?

A: Like most school buses, ours do not have bathrooms. However, if your trip is long, rest stops can be added to your itinerary.

Q: Can we bring food and drinks on the bus?

A: You may bring food and beverages onboard, although there is a small, non-refundable fee and some restrictions may apply as mandated by local/state/provincial laws.

Q: Is alcohol or smoking allowed?

A: Smoking is never allowed on our buses. Regarding open containers of alcohol, please check with the local office.

Q: I have a CDL license; can I rent a bus without an operator?

A: Yes, if you can validate you have a current CDL license, and appropriate insurance, you can rent a bus without an operator. This may vary based on availability.

Q: Are you closed on holidays?

A: Our standard business hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. However, many locations can service trips during holidays, after typical business hours and over the weekends.
